Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This is a versatile role where you will contribute to various aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of goods. Your duties will include receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be involved in frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds, standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety; adherence to all company Safety policies and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. You will be an integral part of our logistics process, supporting the timely and accurate movement of products. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock.
- Keep the work area clean, neat, and organized.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and moving of materials.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory principles is helpful.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
