Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
Our Indianapolis, Indiana location is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to contribute to our efficient logistics operations. This versatile role involves a range of tasks essential for the smooth functioning of our distribution center. You will be involved in receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and preparing goods for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
• Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Be able to perform lifting duties, typically up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Understanding of basic logistics functions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
