Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position is fundamental to our warehouse operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. You will play a crucial role in our logistics chain, ensuring that our products are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
• Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
• Follow all company policies, including mandatory use of PPE and adherence to all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
• Identify and report any operational issues or safety concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of wearing appropriate PPE .
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or scanning devices is beneficial.
• Knowledge of basic logistics principles is a plus.
