Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated Picker/Packer for our Salt Lake City, Utah facility. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are accurately selected and carefully prepared for shipment to our valued customers. As a Picker/Packer, you will navigate our warehouse using scanning technology, locate specific items, and package them according to strict guidelines. Precision and speed are key attributes for success in this position. You will play an integral part in the order fulfillment process, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include picking items from various locations, conducting quality checks, and ensuring that all packages are secure for transit. A strong commitment to workplace safety and the correct utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. This position requires regular lifting of up to 50 pounds, as well as frequent movement such as bending and standing for extended periods. Previous experience in a warehouse setting or with logistics is advantageous but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
