Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order specifications using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Package orders securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare necessary documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE, and participate in safety training.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse/logistics role is advantageous.
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet performance targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
