Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are hiring motivated Order Pickers for our state-of-the-art Logistics center in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. We pride ourselves on a safe and productive work environment, requiring strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the mandatory use of PPE. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items based on customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
• Pack items carefully to prevent damage during transit.
• Transport picked and packed orders to the shipping station.
• Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area and the warehouse.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
• Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Wear all required PPE consistently throughout your shift.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Support other Logistics operations and warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform consistent physical work, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is a plus.
• Understanding of fundamental Logistics processes.
• Dedication to upholding Safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility regarding work hours.
