Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and the use of PPE.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
• Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all PPE requirements.
• Good work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills.
