Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our growing team in Columbus, Ohio. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload deliveries, verifying contents against purchase orders.
• Store received goods in designated locations, maintaining an organized inventory.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using order sheets or scanning equipment.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
• Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of **PPE**.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties.
• Assist with **Lifting** of materials, following safe manual handling techniques and **Logistics** best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not required; training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be capable of **Lifting** up to 50 pounds independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Understanding of basic **Logistics** principles is a plus.
• Willingness to strictly follow **Safety** guidelines and wear assigned **PPE**.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
