Job Summary:
We are actively recruiting for a Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, Texas. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, from receiving goods to preparing them for dispatch. Your contributions will be essential to our **Logistics** operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists with a high degree of precision.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure they arrive at their destination in excellent condition.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, documentation, and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all **Safety** regulations.
  • Participate in regular inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
  • Strictly adhere to all **PPE** requirements and company **Safety** protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets and support overall **Logistics** efficiency.
  • Perform tasks involving moderate **Lifting**, up to 40 pounds, as required.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, or general warehousing is preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
  • Must be capable of **Lifting** up to 40 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order processing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Familiarity with **Logistics** systems and warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Willingness to adhere to all **Safety** guidelines and wear designated **PPE**.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
