Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists with a high degree of precision.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to ensure they arrive at their destination in excellent condition.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling, documentation, and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all **Safety** regulations.
- Participate in regular inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Strictly adhere to all **PPE** requirements and company **Safety** protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets and support overall **Logistics** efficiency.
- Perform tasks involving moderate **Lifting**, up to 40 pounds, as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, or general warehousing is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Must be capable of **Lifting** up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order processing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with **Logistics** systems and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Willingness to adhere to all **Safety** guidelines and wear designated **PPE**.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
