Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Inspect products for quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for carrier pickup.
- Use RF scanners and the warehouse management system to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed to support logistics flow.
- Must be capable of lifting items up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order packing role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product information.
- Familiarity with warehouse technology and scanning equipment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Willingness to consistently wear required PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
