Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
We are actively recruiting Picker/Packers for our St. Louis, Missouri location! This role is vital to our distribution process, requiring individuals who can accurately and efficiently select items for customer orders and prepare them for shipment. You will be on your feet for most of your shift, navigating our warehouse aisles and handling a variety of products. A strong commitment to Safety and attention to detail are crucial. We provide comprehensive training, including proper PPE usage, to ensure a secure and productive work environment. Understanding basic logistics is a plus.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or RF scanners.
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
• Package items securely and efficiently for safe transit.
• Verify order contents against the order manifest.
• Label packages appropriately for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Assist with receiving and put-away tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in team efforts to meet daily shipping goals.
• Properly use required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in picking and packing is advantageous.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around for the entire shift.
• Capability of Lifting up to 40 pounds consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
