Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack selected items securely for shipping, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance efficiency.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing items.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Understand and follow all guidelines regarding the use of PPE and safe handling practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability for moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse environments and basic Logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
