Responsibilities:
- Accurately read and interpret order pick lists or use scanning devices to identify items.
- Navigate warehouse aisles to locate and retrieve specified products.
- Verify picked items against order requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items in the designated area for packing and shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items promptly.
- Operate manual and powered equipment safely (training provided).
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety protocols and company policies.
- Ensure proper use of all designated PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capacity for regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- A proactive approach to workplace Safety .
