Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our vibrant warehouse team in Miami, Florida. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in accurately fulfilling customer orders by retrieving specified items from our inventory. You will use hand-held scanners and follow pick lists to locate products efficiently and ensure correct quantities are selected. This role demands physical stamina, precision, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions are vital to our logistics operations and customer satisfaction. We prioritize a safe working environment, and adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE, is expected.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately locate and pick products from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and confirm picked items.
• Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Stage picked items for packing and subsequent shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards.
• Follow all established safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items immediately.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Basic understanding of warehouse logistics.
• Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented setting.
