Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using scanning devices.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure product safety during shipping.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, following all safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, especially those concerning safety and the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and other inventory control activities.
- Support overall logistics operations by performing other related duties as assigned.
- Regularly engage in tasks requiring physical effort and lifting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for an entire shift.
- Capability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Basic computer proficiency.
