Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Sort and organize products for shipment.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
- Follow all company safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse machinery.
- Understanding of and adherence to safety protocols, including proper PPE usage.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
