Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Picker/Packer in Boise, Idaho! Join our dedicated team and contribute to efficient order fulfillment. As a Picker/Packer, your primary responsibility will be to accurately retrieve items from inventory and prepare them for shipment. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately identify and retrieve products from warehouse locations using pick lists or scanners.
• Verify the accuracy of picked items against order requirements.
• Package products carefully to prevent damage during transit.
• Ensure all packages are correctly labeled for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to Safety standards.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety.
• Meet established performance goals for speed and accuracy in picking and packing.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
• Support the overall logistics and fulfillment process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in picking and packing or warehouse work is beneficial.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of items up to 35 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Willingness to comply with all Safety regulations and wear required PPE.
