Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic Logistics team in Detroit, Michigan. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role is crucial for the efficient movement of goods through our facility and requires individuals who are dedicated to hard work and teamwork.
Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse space.
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to Safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Follow all instructions and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and product integrity.
• Wear required PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and safety shoes, at all times.
• Contribute to inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required; we provide training.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions.
• Commitment to adhering to all Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Understanding of basic Logistics principles is beneficial.
