Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
Join our dedicated team in sunny Tampa, Florida, as a Warehouse Associate. We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking incoming goods. This role is a vital part of our supply chain and requires a focus on accuracy and speed within our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
• Stock inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in regular inventory cycle counts.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, with an emphasis on safety .
• Properly utilize all required PPE .
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Understanding of basic warehouse logistics .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
