Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update inventory records in the WMS accurately.
- Identify, document, and report damaged, obsolete, or expired stock.
- Assist in reconciling inventory data between physical counts and system records.
- Support receiving and put-away processes to ensure accurate inventory intake.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate material handling equipment for inventory movements when necessary.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to improve inventory accuracy.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient logistics environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in WMS software and basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Capacity to perform moderate physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
