Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from shelves according to order specifications.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements and verify picked items.
- Inspect products for quality and any potential damage.
- Pack items securely using appropriate shipping materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment to various destinations.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management is a plus.
