Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
• Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Participate in inventory counts and checks to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals within the logistics framework.
• This position involves regular physical activity, including lifting and moving packages.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
• Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
• Good communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as operational needs dictate.
