Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify stock accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Monitor stock levels and report on aging or obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the use of appropriate PPE.
- Assist in training new team members on inventory control processes.
- Prepare inventory reports for management review.
