Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify stock accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor stock levels and report on aging or obsolete inventory.
  • Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
  • Implement and improve inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Assist in training new team members on inventory control processes.
  • Prepare inventory reports for management review.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and efficiency within the logistics environment.
