Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are hiring an efficient Order Picker to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This role is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. You will be responsible for locating, picking, and packing items according to order specifications. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential. We emphasize workplace Safety, and adherence to all guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina for moving around the warehouse and frequent Lifting of products. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily picking targets and contribute to the overall success of our distribution center. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
• Verify picked items against order documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
• Follow all Safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock put-away.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse role is preferred.
• Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic logistics processes.
