Order Picker

Job Summary:
Become an essential part of our logistics network as an Order Picker in Miami, Florida! We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. As an Order Picker, your main responsibilities will include locating and retrieving specific items from our warehouse shelves according to pick lists. This role demands efficiency, accuracy, and a strong focus on Safety. You will be working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail is key to ensuring customer satisfaction. We provide all necessary training and emphasize the importance of adhering to safety protocols, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick specified items from warehouse inventory based on order sheets.
• Use handheld scanners or other technology to track picked items.
• Ensure picked items are in good condition and match order requirements.
• Transport picked items to the packing station or designated staging area.
• Maintain organized and efficient picking routes.
• Assist with the stocking and replenishment of inventory.
• Adhere to all company Safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
• Properly utilize required PPE throughout the shift.
• Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including considerable Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work at a steady pace in a fast-moving logistics environment.
• Commitment to maintaining a Safety-conscious workplace.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable and punctual.
