Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role is fundamental to the success of our distribution operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You'll work within a dynamic warehouse setting, contributing to the efficient flow of goods. We prioritize a safe working environment, requiring adherence to all Safety protocols and the use of appropriate PPE . This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting and movement, and is a key component of our Logistics operations.
Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
• Wear required PPE at all times, such as safety vests and gloves.
• Demonstrated ability in Lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs.
• Follow all directions from supervisors and team leads.
• Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse productivity.
• Understand basic warehouse and Logistics principles.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality control throughout the picking and packing process.
• Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
