Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, stocking shelves as needed.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Wear required PPE, including safety glasses and gloves.
- Contribute to team goals and support operational improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned in the fulfillment center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, picking, or packing preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and bending.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics and order processing.
- Commitment to Safety and wearing all PPE.
