Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring items are protected for transit.
- Verify order accuracy and item counts before packing.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and sorting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away duties.
- Adhere to all company Safety protocols and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Support the smooth flow of goods through our logistics chain.
- Perform tasks that involve regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product codes.
- Experience with RF scanners is beneficial.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a demanding environment.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, standing, and walking.
- Strong commitment to Safety practices and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
