Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our vibrant team in Orlando, Florida. This role is critical for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. You will be involved in all aspects of order fulfillment, from picking and packing to shipping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and is committed to maintaining high standards of Safety and productivity within our Logistics operations. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
• Verify order details and product accuracy before packing.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stock counts and organization.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to Safety guidelines.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to Safety and PPE.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the fulfillment center's Logistics flow.
• May require occasional Lifting of items up to 45 lbs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
