Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Worker in Charlotte, North Carolina! This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution network. You will perform a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and participating in inventory counts. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You will be expected to operate warehouse equipment, assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse, and contribute to team efforts. Physical fitness is essential, as the role involves frequent Lifting and movement of goods. Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and safely is paramount. You will be provided with and required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and arrange incoming stock and materials.
• Accurately pick orders for customers and internal use.
• Pack orders securely for shipment.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and wear mandatory PPE.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as directed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including significant Lifting.
• Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
