Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify product information, quantities, and condition before packing.
- Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, fillers, tape) for diverse product types.
- Securely and efficiently pack orders, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and ensure all packages meet carrier requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or potential safety hazards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet team performance goals.
- Perform other warehouse tasks as needed to support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Picker/Packer role or general warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to use RF scanning devices and navigate warehouse layouts.
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift.
- Capability for frequent lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and logistics procedures.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
