Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This position is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking products from inventory, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. This role requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be a vital link in our Logistics chain. Understanding and adherence to all Safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse locations.
• Inspect items for accuracy and condition before packing.
• Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
• Label shipments correctly and prepare them for carrier pickup.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
• Assist with inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
• Support broader Logistics functions as assigned.
• Handle moderate Lifting tasks, moving boxes and items up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce role is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks, including Lifting, for extended periods.
• Awareness of and adherence to warehouse Safety standards and the use of PPE.
