Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Picker/Packer! In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and attention to detail directly impact our Logistics operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will work with various picking technologies and packing materials to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting and movement. A strong adherence to Safety protocols is a must. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Use RF scanners or other technology to locate and track items.
• Verify order accuracy before packaging.
• Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
• Label packages correctly for delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies, including the proper use of PPE.
• Contribute to the smooth functioning of our Logistics processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including repeated Lifting of items up to 30 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to Safety practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with Logistics documentation is a plus.
• Team player with good communication skills.
