Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Loan Officer at Reliant Mortgage LLC. The Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting suitable mortgage products, originating and processing mortgage applications, and working closely with underwriting teams to ensure loan approvals. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, analyzing financial information, and guiding clients through the lending process with clarity and professionalism.
Qualifications Expertise in Loan Origination and working as a Loan Officer in the financial services sector Strong knowledge of Finance and Underwriting processes Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach Familiarity with various loan programs, including FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment State licensing as a Loan Officer is required; multi-state licensing is a plus Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred
