CFO San Antonio, TX or Charlotte, NC | Hybrid (4 days office) Full-time | Mid-level A mid-level Financial Analyst role supporting the CFO organization, focused on financial forecasting, planning, modeling, and decision support within a regulated financial services environment. This role partners closely with the business to deliver insights that drive effective resource allocation and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and improve financial forecasts and plans for complex business areas or expense categories Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, analyses, and cost-benefit evaluations Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support management decision-making Support product pricing, profitability analysis, and related financial assessments Act as a proactive business partner, enabling efficient and informed financial decisions Ensure compliance with financial regulations, risk, and governance requirements What You Bring Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) ~4 years experience in financial or accounting analysis and reporting Experience within a financial services environment Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems/tools Solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance Ability to clearly communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders Nice to Have Life insurance or investment industry experience Expense management or cost-focused background Ideal for analysts ready to deepen their impact within a CFO or enterprise finance function.
