Job Summary Our client is seeking a finance professional who will support strategic decision-making through forecasting, analysis, and business partnership. This individual will play a key role in planning and managing financial performance across complex business areas, while delivering insights that drive efficiency, profitability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities Build and manage financial forecasts and plans for sizeable and complex business segments or cost categories, while enhancing planning processes and financial models. Prepare routine and non-routine financial reporting, analysis, and cost-benefit assessments to inform leadership and stakeholders. Conduct in-depth financial research and provide actionable insights, identifying opportunities to improve financial and operational outcomes. Oversee assigned products, including pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and special financial evaluations. Partner closely with business leaders by delivering proactive insights and data-driven recommendations that support effective resource allocation. Apply a solid understanding of business operations, products, and workflows to solve problems and overcome challenges. Identify, assess, and manage financial and operational risks in alignment with internal controls, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. At least four years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, planning, or related roles; advanced education or progress toward CPA/CFA credentials may reduce the required years of experience. Strong ability to explain financial concepts clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences. Prior experience within a financial services organization. Proficiency with Excel and other financial or accounting systems used for analysis and reporting. Working knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP, and familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards. Demonstrated experience creating and delivering financial reports.

Preferred Experience Background in the life insurance sector. Exposure to investment-related products or analysis. Experience managing or analyzing expenses and cost structures.
