Senior Analyst - Investment Banking

Key Responsibilities: Prepare, analyze, and interpret historical and projected financial statements. Build and maintain financial and valuation models. Conduct industry, company, and market research to support transaction strategies. Assist in drafting offering materials, including confidential information memoranda and management presentations. Support marketing efforts through pitch preparation and buyer list development. Contribute to transaction execution, including data room management, client materials, and responding to buyer inquiries. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services, or M&A Investment Banking preferred. Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and valuation techniques. Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling. Foreign language skills are a plus.
