Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned SAP Order Management (OM) Consultant with deep expertise in full lifecycle SAP OM implementations and order-to-cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge, invoice and dispute resolution skills, and the ability to lead complex OM operations across multinational clients.
Must-Have Qualifications 10+ years of SAP experience Minimum 5 full lifecycle SAP OM implementations with MNC clients Proven ability to process invoices timely with awareness of cash receipt impact Experience tracking down payment invoices and managing disputed invoices Skilled in resolving non-compliance fines and conducting root cause analysis for EFO (Error-Free Orders) Proficient in OM processes: contract setup, billing data collection, sales order processing, and reporting Strong relationship management with customers and internal teams Deep knowledge of Customer Master, Contact Person, Sales Rep, and Sales Rep Assignment Experience with Product Sales Orders and LSMW for OM Data Object uploads Ability to maintain accurate documentation and generate OM reports Functional expertise in Pricing, O2C Configs, Intercompany, and Master Data
