We are seeking a high-caliber
SAP Order Management Lead
with over 10 years of experience and a minimum of 5
Full Life Cycle Implementations . This role focuses on optimizing the
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
cycle, managing complex billing and contract administration, and driving
Error Free Order (EFO)
initiatives for global portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor all Order Management (OM) processes, including Contract Administration, Sales Order Processing, and Billing Data Collection.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive Error Free Order (EFO) metrics.
Manage Invoicing lifecycles, Down Payment Tracking, and Dispute Resolution for non-compliance fines.
Utilize LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) for data uploads into OM Data Objects.
Configure O2C, Pricing, and Intercompany functionalities.
Maintain rigorous documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Process Flows.
Interface with Legal and Senior Management to align on business requirements and alternate strategic approaches.
Essential Skills
Expert knowledge of Customer Master Data, Contact Person, Sales Representative Assignment, and Product Sales Orders.
Proficiency in O2C Configuration, Pricing Logic, and Intercompany transactions.
Advanced hands‑on experience with LSMW.
Strong Leadership qualities with the ability to own end‑to‑end processes independently.
Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills for high‑level stakeholder management.
Desirable Skills
Experience in Project Management methodologies.
Ability to negotiate and gain acceptance from Senior Leadership on process changes.
Proven track record in improving Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance.
