Accounts Payable Specialist , you will: Perform statement reconciliation and vendor ledger cleanup (heavy focus). Manage inbox workflows and respond to internal/external AP inquiries. Support virtual credit card (VCC) issuance, reconciliation, and inbox management. Assist with general AP month-end processes as needed. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and proven AP experience. Excellent customer service and judgment on when to escalate issues. Learning agility and ability to adapt quickly. Advanced Excel skills: heavy XLOOKUP use, pivot tables, and basic formulas. As an
