onsite schedule Were seeking an experienced
Senior System Analyst
to provide hands-on technical leadership and advanced troubleshooting across our core applications and IT infrastructure. This role supports end-users, guides junior team members, and ensures smooth, secure, and reliable day-to-day IT operations.
What Youll Do Serve as the
escalation point
for complex hardware, software, and network issues. Work closely with
thirdparty vendors
to resolve advanced technical problems. Support and maintain
Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows OS, VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams
environments. Research, recommend, and implement
technical improvements
to enhance IT service delivery. Create and maintain
technical documentation , processes, and troubleshooting guides.
What Were Looking For 10+ years
of IT experience with strong focus on Microsoft enterprise environments. Deep knowledge of
O365, AD, Exchange, Windows OS, Teams, VPN, RDP . Skilled with
Windows Server ,
Group Policy , scripting, and
PowerShell
automation. Understanding of
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP . Experience with: AD DS
upgrades/migrations (3+ years) O365 mailbox migrations
(2+ years) Azure AD / ADFS / SAML
authentication (1+ year) Bonus skills:
AWS ,
SharePoint support ,
EM+S , ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications.
