A nationally recognized, high-touch wealth management firm serving high-net-worth families is adding a Client Service Associate to support its growing advisory and operations team. This role is central to the client experience and ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, follow-through, and being a trusted point of contact.
What Youll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for client service and operational needs Coordinate onboarding, account maintenance, transfers, wires, and ongoing service requests Partner closely with advisors, custodians, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution Track workflows, deadlines, and follow-through using CRM and internal systems Support a polished, responsive, and consistent client experience
Whats Offered Salary range of $65K$100K, based on experience plus a $5K$10K bonus Direct exposure to advisors, leadership, and firm operations Career growth path within client service, operations, or broader firm roles
What You Bring Bachelors Degree Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset Polished, professional communication style Prior financial services experience helpful but not required Interest in building a long-term career in wealth management
