An active DDS/DMD degree and unrestricted Illinois license.

A passion for patient‑centered care and trust building.

Willingness to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.

Physical Requirements

Perform essential duties with or without accommodation.

Prolonged sitting and standing; ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
