Requirements
Must hold an active RN license in the practicing state.
Med‑Surg nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
BLS required; ACLS preferred per unit needs.
Responsibilities
Clinical Care:
Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
Documentation & Coordination:
Document care accurately in the patient record.
Communicate all changes to the healthcare team promptly.
Patient & Team Support:
Educate patients and families on care and health goals.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for care planning.
