Position Overview As a Senior Product Manager within the Commercial Collaboration & Communication (C3) Systems team, you will manage a set of HP/Poly's award‑winning product offerings, that integrate hardware and software for real‑time collaboration & communication used in commercial environments. In this role you will drive and manage the planning and strategy for collaboration & communication products sold globally to a broad range of business and government customers, from small to large multinational companies. You will apply your unique mastery of product management skills and relevant subject matter knowledge to a portfolio of highly technical products and ensure a successful life cycle, from definition to end of sale. You will contribute to product development with innovative ideas and successfully operate in HP's most complex discipline to provide highly innovative solutions to customer needs and requests. You will lead or contribute to large, cross‑division functional teams on projects that affect the organization's long‑term goals and objectives, shaping the future of communication technology and advancing our market leadership.

Responsibilities

Plays a leadership role and drives the progress of the product management function.

Leads cross‑functional teams through agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.

Monitors competitive market to determine client needs for product improvements.

Strategically partners with key senior stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.

Recommends product requirements and definitions to align with stakeholder needs.

Collaborates with the software engineering team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.

Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.

Tracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments.

Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to develop go‑to‑market strategies, product launch plans, and marketing collateral.

Demonstrates process improvement and project management experience, preferably with the implementation of large projects.

Education & Experience

Four‑year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.

Compensation The pay range for this role is

$147,050

to

$230,850

USD annually with additional opportunities for bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
