Sr. Product Manager - Collaboration
Job Summary As a Senior Product Manager within the Commercial Collaboration & Communication (C3) Systems team, you will manage HP/Poly’s award‑winning product portfolio that integrates hardware and software for real‑time collaboration & communication in commercial environments. You will drive the planning and strategy for these products sold globally to a broad range of business and government customers, from small to large multinational companies. Your role will span the full product lifecycle, from definition to end of sale, and you will contribute innovative ideas while operating within HP’s complex discipline to provide highly innovative solutions to customer needs.
Responsibilities
Play a leadership role and drive the progress of the product management function.
Lead cross‑functional teams through agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
Monitor competitive market trends to determine client needs for product improvements.
Strategically partner with key senior stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
Recommend product requirements and definitions to align with stakeholder needs.
Collaborate with the software engineering team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.
Advise key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.
Track and report key metrics to drive future product developments.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go‑to‑market strategies, product launch plans, and marketing collateral.
Demonstrate process improvement and project management experience, preferably with the implementation of large projects.
Education & Experience
Four‑year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.

Compensation The pay range for this role is
$147,050
to
$230,850
USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
