Commercial Litigation Attorney - Houston, TX
Our client is seeking a
Commercial Litigation Attorney
with at least 3 years of experience to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex business disputes, contribute to trial strategy, and collaborate with a dynamic group of attorneys in a firm that values both professional excellence and a positive workplace environment.
Base salary up to
$155,000 , plus performance‑based bonuses
Billable hours target: ~1,800 annually
Onsite role in Houston with direct access to partners and clients
Firm‑paid health insurance for employee premiums

Year‑end discretionary bonus
Key Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with strong attention to detail
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials (trial experience is a significant plus)
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop effective case strategies
Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in Texas
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial/business litigation
Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
Trial experience strongly preferred
