Job Summary As a District Manager, you will lead a cross‑functional team across multiple retail foodservice and office coffee accounts. This role combines operational oversight with strategic leadership, driving performance, innovation, and client satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for aligning business goals with execution, developing high‑performing teams, and identifying growth opportunities across your territory. You will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, contributing to regional strategy, supporting sales and retention efforts, and ensuring operational excellence. This position is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong background in customer‑facing environments, a passion for service, and the ability to think both tactically and strategically.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring profitability, safety, and customer engagement
Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as a brand ambassador
Lead and develop teams across foodservice and office coffee operations
Collaborate with Sales, Retention, and Finance on proposals and growth strategies
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and QA standards
Conduct audits and implement operational improvements
Champion talent development, succession planning, and performance management
Own district financials including P&L, forecasting, and budgeting
Support community engagement and represent the brand at client events
Contribute to regional strategy and share best practices across teams
Preferred Qualifications
Proven leadership in retail foodservice, office coffee, or unattended retail environments
Experience managing contracts, budgets, and customer service operations
Strong business acumen with a track record of growth and financial success
Strategic thinker with excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities
Inclusive, proactive, and resilient leadership style
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
