As an Enterprise Architect, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. We are looking for a BizOps Program Architect & Integration Team Lead to join our Business Operations organization. This role will serve as the strategic and technical anchor for BizOps solutions, responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and reusable systems and integrations that power the company’s business operations and data ecosystem. The Enterprise Architect will define blueprints for new business products and projects, guide multiple development squads on best practices, and lead the integration development team. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and business process optimization—shaping the foundation for efficient, reliable, and data-driven operational platforms. Responsibilities:

Define the overall technical vision and architecture for BizOps systems, applications, and integrations Establish AI architecture principles, including the selection and governance of AI models, frameworks, and components, to ensure scalability, performance, and ethical use Drive the design and reusability of AI agents and services to enable consistent, modular, and efficient deployment across business domains Create blueprints and scalable designs for new business products, services, and processes Develop frameworks and standards for API services, data pipelines, automation, and AI‑driven processes Implement monitoring, observability, and security practices across solutions Ensure designs meet business objectives while maintaining scalability, maintainability, and cost efficiency Lead and mentor the Integration Development Team, fostering high‑quality delivery aligned with design principles and best practices Provide technical guidance to BizOps development squad leads across multiple domains Partner closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and BI Analysts to deliver end‑to‑end solutions Work collaboratively with R&D, IT, Security, Product, and Business Operations teams to ensure alignment between technology and business goals. Integration & Data Ownership Oversee the architecture, design, and development of internal and external system integrations Own the lifecycle of integration services and data pipelines, ensuring reliability and performance Drive automation, orchestration, and process optimization through data‑driven and AI‑enabled design Governance, Quality & Continuous Improvement:

Define development standards, code quality guidelines, and review processes Ensure compliance with security, monitoring, and change management frameworks Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities Requirements:

7+ years of experience in technical architecture, system integration, or related development roles Proven experience in designing scalable and secure enterprise‑grade applications and integrations Proven experience with AI and LLM development, including hands‑on work with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt orchestration, caching strategies, document processing, and latency optimization Experience leading technical teams or managing development squads Strong background in API design, data pipelines, and cloud‑based integration platforms Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, including model selection, training, and deployment Solid understanding of security, observability, and data governance best practices Hands‑on experience with modern development frameworks, data platforms, and integration tools (e.g., REST, GraphQL, ETL frameworks, CI/CD pipelines) Experience working with BI and analytics environments (e.g., Databricks, Tableau, etc.) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills Fluent English, both written and verbal Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Familiarity with data lake and event‑driven architectures Experience with AI agents, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks Strong understanding of business process automation and operational systems What`s in it for you?
