NYS Licensed Mental Health Clinical Director
to lead and inspire our team of therapists in delivering holistic, compassionate care with measurable outcomes. Responsibilities
Define and operationalize “good therapy”: Establish clear, measurable standards for clinical practice, including client outcomes, session quality, and evidence‑based approaches.
Supervision & professional development: Provide supervision, case consultation, and coaching to enhance therapist skills and improve client outcomes.
Clinical standards: Develop systems to monitor and maintain high‑quality care across all therapists.
Quality and Growth‑Oriented Guidance: Make empathetic decisions that uphold clinical care while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Performance and Outcomes Oversight: Review charts, track client progress, and evaluate therapist metrics to guide clinical improvements.
Required Skills
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
Active, unrestricted New York State clinical license (LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent).
Minimum 7 years post‑licensure direct clinical experience.
Minimum 2 years of direct experience providing clinical supervision.
Proven experience leading and mentoring large clinical teams of therapists.
Strong knowledge of evidence‑based practices, clinical documentation standards, and ethical guidelines.
Ability to make tough decisions and maintain accountability while fostering a growth‑oriented culture.
Salary And Benefits
Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000/year
Full‑time leadership role with the authority to set and enforce the clinical vision
